DVB: See, the spirit never dies; it is on a journey, changing bodies after bodies. Similarly, the horoscope lives until the soul’s final salvation. However, because we associate a horoscope with a living body, reading the soul’s path through the horoscope of a deceased person may not be reasonable. As a result, the horoscope of a deceased person is not visible.
However, some Doshas run in families and have a negative impact on all family members. It is sometimes important to read the horoscopes of the elderly who have passed away in order to comprehend and recommend a powerful restorative measure. However, in such instances, the astrologer should adhere to Vedic Astrology’s highest ethical standards and avoid scaring or playing with the emotions of the family members left behind.
DVB: Without a doubt, absolutely! Take, for example, Lord Rama’s family. Lord Rama was the sixty-fourth generation in the family lineage and was an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Iksvaku, Manu’s son, was Lord Ram’s sixtieth great grandfather. To assist Lord Rama’s birth in the family lineage, he was to take seven births in the same family.

Question: If fate is predetermined, how can free will influence the outcome?
DVB: One is born with pending karmas, or the karma that one must complete within this lifetime. The fate is ruled by the ninth house. Saturn’s transit determines fate, but Jupiter’s transit determines free will. If the transiting Jupiter is in trines to the natal Saturn, we can use our free will to our advantage, i.e., we can get our wish.
We must accept what fate wants from us if transiting Saturn is in trine to natal Jupiter. Normally, Saturn’s happenings are predetermined, but Jupiter’s events are the consequence of his own actions. The amount of free will accessible in the horoscope can be determined by Jupiter’s position in the horoscope, and the ease with which it can be used to control fate can be determined by its link with Saturn’s natal position.
If Jupiter and Saturn are in the 6/8 (Shadakshaka) position in a horoscope, it will be difficult to exercise free will, even when Jupiter is transiting through Saturn’s natal position. As a result, making good use of your Jupiter can help you shape fate to your benefit to a significant extent. As a result, everything is determined by the planets’ natal positions in a horoscope. The more difficult the placement of planets in horoscopes, the more births are required to achieve the moment of freedom for the soul.

DVB: In a horoscope, several obstructers work together to delay any results. The lord of the eleventh house is the principal obstructor for the moving sign, the lord of the ninth house for the fixed sign, and the lord of the seventh house for the dual sign. In any horoscope, appeasing this obstructor can be the most effective corrective method for enhancing free-will use. The corrective procedures are more than just Pujas, donations, or mantra recitation; they are a powerful infusion of karmic correction. Controlling the negative character created in oneself as a result of that obstructer planet is the goal of this karma rectification.
It may be difficult to recognize the negative character that one has as a result of that obstructer planet, but once it is recognized, suitable care can be made to correct it.
In astrology, how can I find out when I will die?
For the purposes of prognostication and event scheduling, modern Hindu astrology favors the use of the Vimshottari dasha system in conjunction with the Gochara system. It’s difficult to figure out how long you’ll live and when you’ll die. The Mrityu-bhava or House of Death, according to Parasara, is the 8th house counted from the house held by Saturn at the moment of birth. Add up the number of Rekhas (malefic points) contributed by Saturn in the houses from the lagna to the house occupied by Saturn, and this figure will indicate the age at which the native will face adversity; add up the rekhas contributed by Saturn from the house occupied by Saturn to the lagna, and this figure will indicate the age at which the native will face the most severe physical adversity, and even death if the maraka-dasha is active. “Death will take place in regions identical to the rasi occupied by the lord of the navamsa, in which birth falls,” writes Varahamihira in his Brihat Jataka. Conjunctions and planetary aspects must be used to describe additional features or specialties. The unrisen number of navamsas in the birth must be used to determine the time of death. If it is aspected by the birth lord, the time must be doubled; if it is aspected by benefics, the time must be trebled.
In Chapter XXXII St.116-118, Narayanan Nambutiri, the author of Prasna Marga, who follows Varahamihira, states that first total the bindus (before reduction) in Saturn’s Ashtakavarga from the lagna to the sign occupied by Saturn; and from the sign occupied by Saturn to the lagna, these two numbers will indicate the age when the native will be attacked by disease or misfortune; and the total of If the age represented by these three digits corresponds with the end or beginning of a malefic dasha, death may occur. When Saturn transits the nakshatra represented by the remainder or trinal nakshatra, death may occur. Multiply the Sodya Pinda of Saturn by the bindus in the 8th house from Saturn in his own Ashtakavarga, divide the product by 27; when Saturn transits the nakshatra represented by the remainder or trinal nakshatra, death may occur. Multiply the bindus in the sign occupied by Jupiter or the Sun in Saturn’s Ashtakavarga by Saturn’s Sodya Pinda and divide by 12, the result is the sign Jupiter or the Sun was transiting at the moment of death.
