I should add that when planets are in aspect, they must be within a very small orb, which I believe is true for all planets. Unless activated in some way, whether by transits, progressions, solar returns, or a variety of other prognostic approaches, unspecified outer planets that are also not on an angle have little to no influence over the native. I’m also tempted to claim that outer planets are more important if they are aspected to the native’s sect light, because they are the two light emitters in the Solar System, but this isn’t quite true. Even though Saturn is not a sect light, the strength of that outer planet’s transits has not been scaled down, as evidenced by the Saturn/Pluto conjunction in January 2020. Just a thought, but when designating how crucial it is when an outer planet is in aspect, other planetary considerations are extremely important. For outer planets, I normally choose an orb of 0-3; the tighter the orb, the better, and the more subjective potency the planet’s experience will render.
