A service animal is a dog that has been individually trained to do work or execute duties for the benefit of an individual with a disability, such as a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental condition, according to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Under Title II and Title III of the ADA, emotional support, comfort, therapy, or companion animals are not considered service animals. Other animals, whether wild or domesticated, trained or untrained, are also not considered service animals. This distinction is also recognized by the state of Nevada. For more information, please contact an official government agency.

Our property is served by a bus that runs 24 hours a day from the upper parking lot.
