The way this lovely blonde news reporter delivered her remark made it clear that she not only believed the Age of Aquarius began years ago, but also that it must be over by now. I let out a sigh. The majority of people are familiar with the term “Many people are familiar with the song “Age of Aquarius” from the 1960s musical Hair, but few are sure what it means. Astrologers have a hard time predicting when a person will reach a certain age – we’ll get to that in a minute. We do know that an astrological age is two thousand years long. Perhaps this newscaster shouldn’t have been so casual about seeing the birth of a new era. Most people will never get the opportunity to do so in their lifetime.
