Gigas Summoner, gates power is yours to claim, according to the plaque on the gate. Giruvegan, the sacred city, is located beyond the One Gate. The Gigas have control of the One Gate.

What is the location of Giruvegan?
Giruvegan is located in the Jagd Difohr area, far south of Ivalice. Travelers must cross the Feywood to get there. How can I go to Balfonheim in Final Fantasy 12?
The Port at Balfonheim, often known as Balfonheim, is a location in Final Fantasy XII’s country of Ivalice. It’s a village teeming with sailors and pirates, led by the notorious Reddas. Balfonheim remains out of the Empire’s battles despite its location in Archadian territory. Instead, it is a village that is willing to help everyone who needs it, including the Resistance.
Balfonheim can be visited before the events in Draklor Laboratory. The player can enter the Cerobi Steppe, which has a path into Balfonheim, by taking a chocobo from Phon Coast and riding it all the way over the Tchita Uplands to the east. Only the Sea Breeze Lane section is explorable if the player arrives in Balfonheim so early.

- Prerequisites: During the tale, obtain the Treaty Blade. (As well as a great deal of patience.)
- 65 is the recommended level.
- Petitioner’s address: Temple Approach, Mt. Bur-Omisace
- Paramin Rift, Silverflow’s End is a good place to start. (Only when there’s a blizzard)
- 7000 Gil, Assassin’s Arrows, and Teleport Stone as a reward
Ieeha, the petitioner, isn’t present, so talk to Relj, the Viera leaning against the boxes, and she’ll tell you what happened.
You must enter Silverflow’s End from the Karydine Glacier, but there must be a blizzard to avoid passing across Frozen Brook (i.e. the short way). Go out into Freezing Gorge, and if there isn’t a snowstorm, return to Relj and repeat the process until the conditions are appropriate. When it’s blizzarding, head west to the Head of the Silverflow, south into Icebound Flow, take the exit to the south east into Karydine Glacier, and then head south to an otherwise inaccessible area of Silverflow’s End.
