In BF1, how do you receive Dice Friend dog tags?
Daniel Matros, Global Battlefield Community Manager, tells MCV Nordic that “an only be received by recommendations from other people and/or what we have seen thus far from you in the community.” “Please contact us via Twitter, forums, or any other means you deem fit if you want to propose someone.” Of course, we’ll need evidence to determine whether or not this person is deserving of the tag.
Is the peacekeeper still available in Battlefield 1?
In Battlefield 1, the Peacekeeper is an all-kit sidearm. It was unlocked as part of the “Masterman” easter egg’s multi-stage process.
The Peacekeeper is a high-damage weapon that can deal up to 60 damage to an enemy’s torso when hit. Aside from the conventional revolver’s ability to two-shot kill at close range, the revolver can also one-shot kill with a headshot at the same range. This sets it apart from other revolvers, and only the Obrez Pistol in the sidearm category has a faster time-to-kill. The Peacekeeper’s hipfire accuracy is likewise rather good.
The revolver performs similarly to the Gasser M1870, especially in terms of shooting characteristics. When pointing down the sights, the Peacekeeper fires slowly, and the hammer must be cocked with the right thumb after each shot. When hipfired, the player can increase the rate of fire by fanning the hammer with the left hand, similar to the Gasser.
In BF1, how do you enter Morse code?
The following photos show the locations of headphones and telegraph stations on each map. The player must collect the headphones from one of the five spots on each map (it may be necessary to search all five sites before locating the headphones) and deliver them to the telegraph station in order to hear the Morse code.
How do you receive the dog tag for the fourth floor?
Battlefield 4 gamers who took part in the Battlefield Hardline Beta received the 4th Floor Dog Tag. The badge was given to those who successfully signed up for the Battlefield Hardline beta through the beta signup portal. You will not obtain a dog tag if you acquired a code from an other source and did not sign up through the website.
What steps do I need to take to become a DICE friend?
- Is it possible for me to nominate more than one person?
- Yes. For each person you want to nominate, fill out the survey.
- Is it okay if I nominate myself?
- You certainly can, but the goal is to look outward into the community and recognize people who have made a difference. This also means you shouldn’t beg people to nominate you on social media or in other ways.
- What if the person I nominate does not receive it?
- Each nomination is assessed based on the content of the nomination as well as the nominee’s involvement in the community. Nominations do not guarantee that the individual will be awarded the insignia.
- Many individuals I know have nominated me. I’m not sure why I didn’t get it.
- This is not a good mindset to have. Those who will be awarded the DICE Friends insignia are not doing so for the honor of being nominated or recognized. They’re creating a community because they adore the franchise, game, and community.
- Do those who have been DICE Friends in prior Battlefield games get the symbol automatically?
- No, for each new Battlefield game, someone must be nominated for their acts and activities in that game.
- “A DICE Friend is a Battlefield V player who has aided DICE and Battlefield V in some way, such as community building, events, competitions, bug tracking assistance, or other beneficial influences.”
In actual life, what does a peacekeeper do?
We met down with Treyarch Studios’ Combat Designer Anthony Flame and Lead Artist Murad Ainuddin to talk about the bonus Peacekeeper SMG in preparation for the upcoming Revolution DLC Map Pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
The Peacekeeper SMG is generating a lot of buzz because it’s the first time Call of Duty has ever included an extra weapon with DLC. What made you choose an SMG?
Anthony: First, we considered what would pique people’s interest the mostwhat is something they haven’t seen before? The discussion rapidly turned to the fact that our two most popular weapon classes are SMGs and assault rifles, so we decided to make a mix of the two. It’s new to have a weapon in DLC, and it’s new to have this type of weapon, and it speaks to the decisions that people make. We adored the concept.
Treyarch created the Peacekeeper from scratch. What did the art team use as inspiration for the weapon’s design?
Murad: We developed the Peacekeeper to seem like a compact rifle in response to Anthony’s request for a combination assault rifle and SMG. We also wanted to give it a base white finish to set it out from the rest of the weapons in Black Ops II, as well as throughout Call of Duty history. To reflect the near-future “hotness,” we used a variety of synthetic polymers and lightweight materials to create the surface look. We want gamers to feel like they’re handling a familiar weapon, but it’s unlike anything they’ve seen before.
We usually start with some side profiles, not thinking too much about the details because we want to get the broad ideas down first. After the profile has been accepted, we begin breaking down components inside the silhouette internally.
How does the Peacekeeper’s balance factor in to guarantee that its stats are consistent with those of other weapons?
Anthony: The Peacekeeper is a hybrid of a submachine gun and an assault rifle. It features the same lightweight design as an SMG, but with improved range and accuracy at the expense of close-quarters firepower. It’s an excellent weapon for objective types like Hardpoint, where you need to get into position quickly and cover objectives from a safe distance.
Is the Peacekeeper a character have a backstory? How does it fit with the Black Ops II lore you’ve created?
Murad: The concept is that this is the weapon that will be issued to future special ops teams to deal with counter-terrorist threats and VIP security. It has a long range but is small enough to be hidden and easy to transport and operate in vehicles.
How will the Peacekeeper influence the SMG Challenge advancement for our Diamond Camo fans?
Anthony: The Peacekeeper has no effect on the diamond progression of the six core submachine weapons; they will continue to function normally. If you achieve Diamond Camo on the core 6 SMGs, you will receive Diamond for the Peacekeeper when you earn gold for it.
Anthony: For the first time in a Call of Duty game, we’re ecstatic to be able to give players a DLC weapon. This has enabled us to assess how people are engaging with the game and to provide fresh content that enhances the online experience. We wanted to give players a high mobility weapon that wasn’t simply for close quarters, which would allow for more medium and long range firefights with the Peacekeeper. The team has been having a lot of fun with the Peacekeeper on the new maps internally. We’re looking forward to the community getting their hands on the Peacekeeper and witnessing how it changes the Pick 10 metagame.

What are the functions of dog tags in Battlefield 1?
Battlefield 2042 has a feature called Dog Tags. Tags for the player’s Player Card determine their appearance. Tags are gained by performing specific tasks and display a special icon on the dog tag. Dog Tags can be obtained by killing another player with a melee weapon or conducting a Takedown. The number of dog tags taken by a specific Tag is indicated on the Player Card menu for that Tag. Additionally, for that exact Tag, the rank of the player whose Dog Tag was last taken will be displayed. There are currently 40 Tags in the game.
What does Morse code sound like?
International Morse Code is a spoken language, not a written one. It’s a sound-based language. The code is made up of not just two sounds, a long and a short, but five separate noises. The best approach to master the code is to learn its five distinct tones.
‘di’ is the second sound.
This is the sound of a single short key contact that occurs outside of a letter or sequence. The ‘di’sound is the foundation for all other sounds.
‘dit’ is the ‘di’sound at the conclusion of a letter or code sequence.
When you’re listening for it, this sound is unique from the ‘di’ sound.
The ‘didy’ is made up of two short key contacts and is named from an Irish children’s song. At the end of a letter or sequence, the ‘didy’ sound is not heard.
The ‘didit’ is the fifth and final sound.
At the end of a letter or segment, there is a double short key contact.
You’ll have to train yourself to listen for these five different noises, but if you give it a shot, you’ll discover it’s simple and almost instinctive. It’s much easier to learn International Morse Code if you’ve trained your ears to recognize these five distinct sounds. Here’s an illustration of why this works.
Four brief key contact sounds represent the letter ‘H.’ When you try to hear these as independent noises, you’ll hear something like this:
You must mentally count the ‘di’ sounds to identify the H from the number ‘5’ or the letter ‘S.’ There are two steps to this. I’m counting and listening. It also has a propensity to switch your brain to visual mode, causing you to focus on visual representations of the code rather than listening for the code’s sound.
All you have to do is listen to teach yourself to hear the five distinct sounds of the code.
Counting five ‘di’ sounds is far more difficult than hearing ‘didy didy dit.’ It becomes much easy to hear the contrasts between these similar characteristics.
If you want to improve your code speed, it’s almost essential that you distinguish the five distinct sounds of the code rather than counting the number of longs and shorts.
To help you learn the alphabet, here is the rewritten code in five separate sounds. I’ve also included some Mnemonics that are commonly used. I don’t utilize all of the Mnemonics and only use them when I’m having trouble remembering a single letter or character. F,Q,U,V,X,Y, F,Q,U,V,X,Y, F,Q,U,V,X,Y, F,Q,U,V,X,Y, F,Q,U,V,X,Y, F,Q You might find a completely different set handy. Mnemonics work similarly to training wheels on a bicycle. Once you’ve mastered the code and begun to increase your pace, you’ll need to abandon the Mnemonics, as they’ll actually slow you down.
I hope this information aids you in your attempt to decipher the code. The next stage is to learn popular full words, but that’s a different Morse code tip.
