How To Know Zodiac Chart

A natal chart (also known as a birth chart) is an astronomical image of the stars based on the precise date, time, and location of your birth. We compute the location of each planet, as well as the sign of the zodiac and house it was in at the time of your birth, using NASA data.

How can I locate my birth chart in the absence of time?

Because of the Earth’s daily rotation, the planets and the sky are always in motion. A freeze-frame is provided by your birth chart. It’s a photograph of the sky taken at the time and place when you first entered the world. For an accurate chart reading, you must know your exact birth time, date, and location.

The Moon, for example, changes signs every 2-3 days. Only your birth time can tell you what sign the Moon was in when you were born if you were born on a day when it moved from one sign to another.

Rising indicators change even more quickly. The ascendant (also known as the rising sign) is the sign that is currently climbing over the Eastern horizon. This is the point in your birth chart that most closely symbolizes you: your body, your vitality, and your sense of self. This sign forms your 1st House of self and identity because it is so unique to you. The sign after that becomes your 2nd House of assets, resources, and livelihood, and the sign after that forms your 3rd House of communication, everyday life, siblings, and extended family, among other things. You won’t know which signs match to which residences unless you know your rising sign.

Every 1-2 hours, rising signs move, with the entire zodiac rolodexing over the horizon in a 24-hour period. Furthermore, every couple of minutes, the exact degree ascending (that is, the degree of your ascendant) advances. That’s why, in astrology, your rising sign is so essential, and why we put so much emphasis on it in the CHANI app. It is one-of-a-kind to you.

The same can be stated for your birth chart’s other anchors. The exact time, day, and location of your birth establish the points of your MC (which represents your career and public duties), IC (home, family, and roots), and DC (close relationships).

If you don’t know your birth time, there are a variety of ways to work with your chart, but we wanted to provide you some ideas on how to find the most accurate astrological analysis possible. It helps if you know and speak with your parents and caregivers, because different hospitals, states, and nations have varied methods for documenting births. That is not an option for many persons who have been adopted or whose parents are deceased or have lost contact.

Age can also be a factor. It may be more difficult but not necessarily to locate older records, and/or some hospitals only began recording birth times after a specific date.

Leave no stone unturned

If there is research to be done, go ahead and do it. It doesn’t mean your birth time wasn’t recorded just because you don’t see it on your birth certificate at home. Many people have only their short-form birth certificate, which is effectively a certified statement that the long-form certificate exists. It usually provides the most important information, such as your birthdate, but not the time. The document recorded in the hospital is the long-form birth certificate. It frequently includes other information, such as the names of the parents, their dates of birth, the name of the hospital, and, yes, the time of birth.

Call the local government office in charge of birth records to obtain a long-form certificate. In your area, this can be referred to as the “vital statistics ministry,” “department,” or “office,” or something different entirely. Depending on where and when you were born, it could be state-wide, provincial-wide, county-wide, or parish-wide.

Before you order the certificate, make sure the birth time is correct on the record. With astrology’s current popularity, even normalization, you won’t be the only one who makes this request.

Alternatively, you might contact the hospital where you were born. They might be able to inform you who keeps those documents if they don’t keep them themselves.

Finding your long-form birth certificate is always the best option, even if your caregivers or parents believe they know when you were born. The majority of those there at your birth were preoccupied with other things, and their memories are less reliable than you may think. Remember that your rising sign might alter in a matter of minutes, so if feasible, get a precise time rather than one rounded to the hour.

Go digging

Examine ancient baby books, photo albums, attic boxes, scrapbooks, family bibles, and other items. It’s possible that your long-form certificate was misplaced, or that a meticulous caregiver, parent, or grandparent meticulously recorded the hour of your birth in their notebook.

Ask around

Inquire of your parents, caretakers, or anyone who may have witnessed your birth, such as a relative or family friend. Ideally, you want to find a document with your exact birth time, as mentioned, but if you can home in on the hour or approximate time of day, that will help identify your Moon and narrow down the options for your rising sign.

Rectify your chart

You can try to have your chart corrected by an astrologer who specializes in this technique as a final option. There will always be some trial and error because chart rectification isn’t an exact science, but it works for some people. While we don’t provide recommendations for astrologers who undertake this work, we recommend reaching out to your networks (or inquiring on Twitter?) to see if anyone you know works with a reputable astrologer.

What method do you use to determine your sun and moon signs?

Your Moon Sign is a reflection of your innermost feelings and ideas. It’s as if you have an internal monologue that expresses all of your emotional demands and sentiments. Check your Moon Sign horoscope every day to observe how it impacts your emotions.

What Are the Big Three Indicators?

Your Moon, Rising, and Sun Signs: What They Mean to You Your moon, rising, and sun sign placements are the main three or three cornerstones of your personality. You can find out yours by using a birth chart calculator or consulting an astrologer.

How do you figure out when you were born?

Now I’ll provide a few real-life case studies to demonstrate how the method of event-based birth time rectification works.

The birth time of this individual was not correctly recorded, and it was stated to me that it might have been anywhere between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. If we use the time of 02:00 a.m. to cast the birth chart, Pisces (Meena) is the ascendant rising sign. However, if we choose 01:00 a.m. as the birth time, Aquarius is the ascendant (Kumbha).

  • Siblings: This local is the youngest of four siblings. If we look at the Aquarius lagan, we can see that Rahu in the third house causes one brother or sister to be the youngest or oldest. However, the 3rd house in Pisces sees the Sun, Venus, and Mercury receiving the aspect of Jupiter, indicating the birth of a younger brother. In the instance of Pisces lagna, he was born with the balance dasha of the Sun, which would have given him younger siblings.
  • The native graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. According to a study published in Shri K.N. Rao’s book “Planets and Instruction,” civil engineering education originates from the fifth, fourth, and tenth houses, with planes Mars (land), Mercury (measuring), and Saturn (building material) playing a role. Now, in this situation, civil engineering studies come from the Aquarius lagan only because the 5th lord Mercury enters the 4th house there, together with the 4th lord Venus, who receives the aspect of Saturn. Mars, another essential planet for civil engineering, is in aspect with the tenth house. Such civil engineering combinations are not obvious if we look at the Pisces lagan.
  • He relocated to Canada in 1990 after leaving the United States. In his horoscope, it was Jupiter maha dasha in Vimshottari. When we look at the Aquarius lagna, we can see that Jupiter is in the 12th house of foreign land. Jupiter’s depositor is Saturn, who is located in the 7th house, which is the house of travel abroad. The elder brother of the local has also relocated to another country, which is also explained by the Aquarius horoscope, as the 11th lord is in the 12th house. Jupiter becomes the 12th lord in the Navamsha chart, confirming the Aquarius lagna’s settlement in a faraway nation.

In this example, if we apply the Pisces lagan, Jupiter in the 11th house does not indicate a settlement in another country during its dasha.

  • Marriage Delay: The native married in 1981, when he was 32 years old, during his Rahu-Mercury dasha. There was a significant delay in marriage at the time. Now, this could be plausible from the Aquarius lagna, where Saturn rules the 7th house and the 7th lord Sun receives Saturn’s aspect, indicating a delay in marriage. The 7th lord Moon receives the aspect of Saturn from the 6th lord in Navamsha. It has been found that when Saturn rules the 7th house, 7th lord, and/or Venus in both Rashi and Navamsha charts, marriage is delayed.

In the Rashi chart, the 7th house receives the Jupiter aspect if we apply the Pisces lagan. The lagna in Navamsha shows Venus obtaining an aspect from Jupiter in the 9th house, indicating an early marriage combo. As a result, this point also shows that the native’s lagna must be Aquarius exclusively. Since his Saturn dasha began in 2005, the native’s wife has been suffering from ‘Vata’ ailments. It is simply explained by the Aquarius lagan and the presence of Saturn in the Rashi chart’s 7th house. As a result, I set the Aquarius ascendant for the native to 01:00 a.m. exclusively.

Now I’m looking at the horoscope of this native’s daughter, whose birth occurred at the intersection of two ascendants.

In the instance of this young lady, the ascendant was rising near the junction of Aries and Taurus.

  • Marriage: This young lady’s father was concerned about her marriage. From June 2015 until June 2018, she was in the Venus-Venus Vimshottari dasha. I was given the Taurus lagan chart in my palm, and his father inquired about her daughter’s wedding plans. He had visited numerous astrologers over the years, and her daughter, now 34, was frustrated because she couldn’t find the proper spouse for herself. I advised this gentleman that her daughter’s horoscope could only be of Aries lagna since it indicates a delay in marriage. The placement of three benefic planets Jupiter, Mercury, and Venus in the Taurus lagna horoscope would have provided her with a timely marriage. In the Navamsha, Jupiter is in the 7th house, while Saturn, the lagna lord, is well-placed in the 11th house, indicating marriage at the appropriate age in the Taurus lagan chart.

However, if we look at the chart from the Aries ascendant, we can observe that Saturn is in the 7th house, and the 7th lord Venus is in combustion in the 8th house, indicating that her marriage will be delayed. Venus, the 7th lord, is in the ‘Paap-Kartari’ yoga, which explains the difficulties in achieving marital bliss. The Navamsha lagna shifts to Sagittarius, with the lagna and 7th lord in an unfavorable position.

  • She received her higher education in Canada after emigrating from India in 1998. Only the Aries lagna can explain her migration to a strange place. The 4th Lord Moon enters the 12th House here. During her Mercury-Moon dasha in Vimshottari, she traveled to Canada. The placement of planets in the 12th house in Navamsha indicates her relocation to another country. If we look at the Taurus lagna, the 4th lord Sun, together with benefic planets in the 7th house, would not have provided her with a foreign settlement and family.
  • Skin allergies and a tense relationship with her father: Due to a tense relationship with her father and difficulties at work, this young girl was suffering from skin allergies and despair. These things are also abundantly obvious from the Aries horoscope, where Mercury, the 6th lord, is in the 8th house, indicating skin ailments. The negative exchange between the 8th lord Mars and the 9th lord Jupiter indicates friction in the father-daughter connection. Her career was hampered by the dasha of ‘Maraka’ Venus, which was poorly placed in the 8th house. Because of its relationship with the Sun, Mercury, and Jupiter, Venus enters Raja Yogas and Dhana Yogas in the Taurus lagna.

As a result of the circumstances described above, I assigned this native an Aries ascendant.
