The 10th house cusp is the most elevated of the all-important angles in a birth chart. Every day at noon, the Sun will reach this location in all of its glory, beaming brightly. When the Sun is at the Midheaven, it is at its highest point and strongest. The Midheaven in your horoscope, predictably, represents how far you can fly in this lifetime… or how terrible it will be to crash.

We may suppress the given aspect of ourselves, but others can see it from afar (it is, after all, the last house before the Ascendant). The Lord of the Underworld is often referred to as ‘unseen,’ but no human has ever doubted his presence.
Pluto in the 12th house / Scorpio on the 12th house cusp people are very private; so much so that they appear bashful, light-hearted, and superficial, with a hint of dreaminess. They do, however, have complex emotions and a subconscious, which they suppress in order to acquire control of their being. This is intended to hide their vulnerability from the rest of the world. Perhaps this stems from previous experiences that left them with confidence concerns, and individuals with high sensitivity and needs are more likely to be disappointed. They are terrified of this intensity and the fundamental aspect of humanity that exists within them.
Ironically, it is innate urges and throbbing intensity that intrigues them about others, thus they may acquire an interest in secrets, the underworld, and the unconscious.

Yes, these are demons to face, and if one does not confront them within themselves, those around them will. They have such a strong desire to serve humanity that they end up in self-destructive conspiracies, but they will always survive. The grief we feel sets in motion a series of transformations that can lead to unexpected growth. They have the ability to do enormous good, and their imagination is infinite (I like to think of the 12th house as an unending ocean, with Pluto/Scorpio adding to its depth).
When it comes to dreams, they are either powerful (even clairvoyant) or they don’t have any at all. Medically, they may have undiagnosed health issues, particularly with the reproductive system or mineral disposition. They must also keep an eye out for compulsive behaviors, addiction, or escapism.
Learn to explore the depths of your soul. When you dissolve the ghosts of the past and deal with your enemies, they will no longer haunt you in your dreams, allowing you to grow and flourish. It’s sometimes just a matter of changing your perspective to turn old concerns into hopes and dreams. Although a certain amount of optimism may be required to get through difficult times, you should never block your eyes to the positive aspects of life.
