There have been a few suggestions for determining Barney’s birthday: On July 23, 1981, Barney claims to be six years old in “Natural History.” This places his birthday between July 24, 1974, and July 23, 1975; Ted claims in “Zoo or False” that Barney was born seven years after the moon landing (which occurred in July 1969); and in “Columns,” set in 2007, Barney reveals his age as 31, establishing his birth year as 1976. Marshall claims in “The Drunk Train” that Barney is a Scorpio, putting his birthday between October 23 and November 21, 1976.

Despite this, Barney eagerly accepts Jerome’s counsel on how to settle down. When Barney discovers that Jerome’s mother was born in Manitoba, he discovers his own Canadian roots.

In the Titans, Robin is as methodical and responsible as they come. He is the group’s planner and leader, often coming up with fresh ideas. He is a little stubborn in his ways since he believes he is always right and finds it difficult to rely on others when he believes he is the only one who can fix problems.
